Wildlife ACT

If you are interested in getting involved in the hands-on conservation of endangered wildlife you can join the Wildlife ACT team on Manyoni Private Game Reserve as a volunteer. The data captured by the Wildlife ACT teams provide invaluable information towards Manyoni Private Game Reserve’s conservation management. Wildlife volunteers work with trained wildlife monitors in the Manyoni Private Game Reserve tracking and monitoring animals and collecting important data as part of their wildlife conservation projects. Working in small teams of no more than five wildlife volunteers, they have one-on-one time with their monitors – gaining true conservation experience. Long days are spent collecting data in the field from ID kits of big cats, camera trap images of endangered species, as well as monitoring the habits and movements of our elephant, Wild dogs, cheetah, lion and many more. Become a wildlife volunteer and help give back to the conservation community today. Contact Wildlife ACT for more info.
